news flash, it does tell you what side is what if you remove both pads. there's the buttons, volume control and charger port on the left side and nothing on the right side.

So I ordered your product WC Freeze Nova Pro Wireless 90s White from amazon to Czechia and I must say I am pleasantly surprised how good the quality of the earpads are. I even managed to install the earpads without any problems thanks to your video. I have to say they are much better than the original. I wear glasses and they were pushing me around a lot. You did a great job.

I saw this video to help me remove the part at 0:36 cuz I was struggling so much with this! Mine was so stuck that there was no opening for me to pry open. So tip if you’re having the same issue as me is to use a blow dryer. That might be simple for most ppl but I didn’t even think of it until I went to Best Buy for help 😢 great video tho!

Are your earpads coming with the frame ring that we need to install them ? or do we need to use default ones after we dismantle ?

Great job. I just replaced my cushions and the process was very quick and easy. The default cushions are too hot and I use my headset for many hours per day. These new cushions feel much nicer.

@WickedCushions well I have Sony Ult Wear but wickedcushions sweat covers are not available for the same. Will Sony Wh-1000 XM5 covers sit well on my ult wear.?

Here in 2024 with my Crusher 360 and the pads finally gave out... Leaving it in a hot car didn't help! Avoid doing that.

These are amazing. Originally got them because the leather ones that come with the headset made noise when my glasses rubbed on them. After using these, they just feel so much better than the others. Highly recommend for an upgrade even though these headsets already damn pricey.

Please release the extra thick for xm5 in more colours 🥺I'd love to have cute pastel pinks or mints! All of these designs are not very cute and feel masculine or too busy. Solid colours is fine, just more options for which colours to choose from!

I bought this headband cover for my HyperX Cloud Alphas, and whilst I appreciate that these aren't strictly made for other headphones, the quality of the product is pitiful. It's like having a variation of those cable sleeves that are used to hold multiple cables together. It's not pleasant feeling on my head, and no matter how well you try adjust the creases, they won't go away. It's a shame as I thought these would be solid like the cooling earpads I got, but I guess not.

the force required to put this thing on is ludicrous compared to you just snapping it on in the video

Damn I cannot wait until you guys have replacements out for these. I’ve always used Wicked cushions on every headset, and I got the pulse elite, they broke 20 days after I bought them (manufacturer defect) and Sony instead of replacing them or repairing them, they sent me a used refurbished headset. Maybe it’s just me, but that’s disgusting in my eyes. Horrific customer service. So please Wicked drop those replacements, we all need them!

Is there anything I can do to prevent the headband or earcups from cracking or showing cracks? I just got mine yesterday, and my last headphones had the same problem. They cost me around $304, and I was heartbroken because of how expensive they were. The issue occurred while I was just wearing them on my head. Granted, there was some sweat on the earcups due to the heat outside. What can I do to ensure my sweat doesn't cause any problems, other than not wearing them outside or using them during activities that make me sweat? That seems pointless, haha.

These Earpads are more comfortable than the original Sony. It’s thicker too. So easy to replace. Thank you.
